Salon Cancellation Policy

In order to guarantee everone the best appointment times,

we ask that you give at least 24 hrs notice for any Haircut or Style service,
And at least 48 hours notice for any hair colour or chemical service cancellations.
 

Short notice cancellation will result in a $25 - $50 fee. 

No shows will result in up to a $100 fee

Late Arrival Policy
We will do our very best to accommodate late arrivals.
However due to our schedules and in fairness to our other guests, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and will have to be rescheduled.

Repeat Offender Policy

Guests(clients) who are habitually late or repeatedly call and cancel appointments will not be permitted to pre-book appointments. If we find that a guest is exhibiting this behavior, They are more than welcome to enjoy our salon on a Walk-in Only basis (when available).

Return Policy

All regular priced products can be exchanged for equal value retail or store credit within 14 days.

Sale items are final sale unless found to be faulty or unless otherwise stated.

All Hair accesories and personal items such as clips, hair bands, and brushes are final sale.
