Salon Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.

 

However when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another guest from getting a much needed hair service. Conversely, the situation may arise where another guest fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

 

We ask that you give at least 24 hrs notice for any Haircut or Style service,
And at least 48 hours notice for any hair colour or chemical service cancellations.

 

Guests will be given 1 grace opportunity, repeat no shows or last minute cancellations will result in a deposit of 50% of the service price required at booking.
This deposit will be applied to your completed service. However In the event of a no show or last minute cancellation on this latest appointment, the deposit will not be returned and applied as a missed appointment fee.


Late Arrival Policy
We will do our very best to accommodate late arrivals.
However due to our schedules and in fairness to our other guests, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and will have to be rescheduled.


 

Repeat Offender Policy

Guests(clients) who are habitually late or repeatedly call and cancel appointments will not be permitted to pre-book appointments. If we find that a guest is exhibiting this behavior, They are more than welcome to enjoy our salon on a Walk-in Only basis (when available).
